• The Seasonal Pass is a one-time $14.99 with no auto-renew, up to 3 chats a day through January 15, 2027. On iPhone and iPad it is bought through the App Store.
• A parent PIN is needed to leave the kid chat screen and to reach parent settings and payment.
• Parents can set the days and hours their elf is available.
