About Ask My Elf
Ask My Elf is an iPhone, iPad and web app where kids talk with their own Christmas elf by voice or text, in English or Spanish. A parent sets it up and stays in control with a parent PIN.

How it works
- Your child taps the mic and their elf answers out loud, or they can type.
- Pick from 8 elf voices and 4 elf looks, with multiple kids and elves per family.
- Add Today's Notes and Elf Tasks (like "Clean your room"), and the elf brings them up in the next chat.
- Set the days and hours your elf is available; outside them the elf says it's busy.
- Make a free printable arrival letter from your elf.
Safety
Safety filters in English and Spanish, built for ages 3 to 8, block topics that aren't kid-appropriate and steer the chat back to friendly holiday topics. A parent PIN is needed to leave the chat screen and to reach parent settings and payment. Adult supervision is required.

Your family's first 3 conversations are free. After that, the Seasonal Pass is a one-time $14.99 with no auto-renew, good for up to 3 chats a day through January 15, 2027.
